How can I start ordering?

1. Enter your delivery address and choose your delivery date and time.
2. Feel free to browse the menu. We offer a wide variety of foods within the 20km radius of your delivery address.
3. Choose your preferred food (combo or a la carte), add-ons and/or desserts by adding them to the cart.
4. Choose your payment method and checkout.
5. Finally, your order will be on its way to you!

What are the delivery time-frame?

Expect deliveries to take within an hour from the pickup, but delays may ensue if weather goes awry. Nevertheless, we'll do our best to deliver your order as soon as possible!

Can my order(s) be delivered to my doors?

Yes, we can make that happen for you. But, it is subject to your building’s management policy.

What if I've received a wrong order, incomplete order, or a missing item from my order?

Contact us via the app support page or via our customer support's WhatsApp and our NMooMoo team would be glad to assist you!

What if the restaurant doesn’t have my item after I’ve placed an order?

Our customer support will contact you if you would agree with the alternative/replacement item. Should you disagree with either options, you may request a refund for the unavailable item(s).

What if I haven’t receive my order within the stated time-frame?

Contact our customer support team via the app and our team will be glad to assist you anytime in the best manner to solve the issue.

Can I make a special request or put a remark on my order?

You can put your special request/remarks on an item by filling up the "Remark" space.
Eg: No veggie/extra spicy/extra sauce/extra garnishing

What are the payment methods available on NMooMoo platform?

You can choose any of these payment methods to complete your order:

When will refunds be initiated?

When an order has been confirmed missing, failed to be delivered, or the ordered item(s) is unavailable. Kindly provide all the necessary details such as of photos of items received (for incomplete order), photos of delivery rider & bike details, and anything else that our customer support would request within 1 hour from the delivered (drop-off) time. Refunds are solely up to NMooMoo’s discretion.

How long does the refund process take?

Once you’ve provide us your bank details, our team will initiate refund and you would be refunded within 1 business day.
