Account Deletion Instructions

  1. 1. Steps to Remove Account
    1. a. Open the NMooMoo App and go to the Profile.
    2. b. Under “More”, select “Settings”.
    3. c. Find the option to “Delete Account”.
    4. d. Confirm your decision by tapping the “Delete” button.
    5. e.  A pop up will appear to confirm your action.
    6. f. Once the action is completed, you should receive confirmation that your account has been deleted successfully.
    7. g. If necessary, uninstall the app from your device to ensure no residual data remains.
    8. h. To remove your account, you may also contact our customer service by sending an email to cs@nmoomoos.com.
  2. 2. Type of data that are deleted or kept, and any additional retention period
    1. a. Personal Information: Name, Email Address, Phone Number, etc.
    2. b. Usage Data: App usage history, preferences, settings.
    3. c. Location Information: GPS coordinates, location history.
    4. d. Payment Information: Credit card details, and transaction history.
    5. e. Existing Moo Points, Moo Balance, Moo Cashback and other related benefits will be forfeited. If the user becomes our user again in the future, the previously unused MooPoints, Moo Balance, Moo Cashbacks or Rewards will not be reinstated.
    6. f.  User NMooMoo account will be inaccessible, unrecoverable, and permanently closed.
    7. g. Social Media Integration: Linked accounts, contacts, social interactions.
